HOA Budget Request

Please provide our homeowner association with a budget for our next fiscal year.

We have attached or will email to you the following:

1. Copy of Current Budget

2. Operating Report for the last 6 months

3. Copy of Most Recent Reserve Study

4. Schedule of Current Monthly Assessments if unequal

5. Copies of all Maintenance Contracts, and Copies of any Repair Contracts in process or scheduled to start within the next year.

6. Copy of CC&Rs

7. Estimate of Bad Debts for next 12 months.
